Ah, the ME FF wikia. I'd use it to post my ME alternate timeline scenario, but it's so full of trash and seems to hardly get any visitors, that it just doesn't seem worth the time.
...*skims over link* My god.

I couldn't read more than a few lines of it. It's so incredibly bad.

Ehhh, I guess the enthusiasm is good to see. Just, I feel like fanfiction authors... particularly young ones... are wont to taking the hobby way too seriously. The big open Universes make fandoms easy things to get stuck in, maybe. I don't know.
I have very vivid memories of my own novel-length (and largely horrible) Red Dwarf self-insert fic (the 'me' character was the villain), written between the ages of 15 and 16. The thought of it makes me cringe, but it was the first personal writing work I ever undertook.
Thank Christ there was no internet back then, is all I can say.

One day this kid is going to grow up, look back on that, and wonder just what the hell he was thinking when he made it.

I would play it for the tophat. Tophats are cool, just like fezzes, except it's more accepted.

I just thought of something. Why does an organisation called Cerberus have a single head?!

Ha! Me and Joker, man, I tell you. Like peas in a pod.
There is the one quest involving them in Mass Effect 1, 'Hades' Dogs', which seems to be the only explanation for the name. And I suppose it makes sense for a proud humanity-first organisation to reference classical Greek culture.... but yeah. Cerberus - group with a single, all powerful head. Huh.
You'd think if anyone suited that name it would be the Council.

Just saw a fic where someone's OC was using a .50 AE "Deagle" complete with Gold Tigerstriped finish and Thane not only approves of the choice, but praises the weapon as being a "fine piece of art worthy of a professional".

I smell a Call of Duty player... Desert Eagles wouldn't even be around in Thane's time, would they?
