A few people have noticed that there has been some proxy errors on posting here lately. Proboards has already tried once to fix it but it persists.
I just dropped them a line today and hopefully they will get us patched up soon. In the meantime in order to avoid double posting just try hitting the submit button only once. Even if you get the error I find that my posts at least are going through so just copy your post and refresh before trying to re post just in case it goes through.
Since this topic is up you guys might as well post any other glitches or concerns on the tech side you are getting so I an get them sent off to the bosses.

Cool. I'm just leaving this open as a catchall for the future.
This includes script errors ans whatnot that may be caused by ads.

Latest round of fixes from Proboards support were just implemented about an hour ago. If anyone notices the proxy error or unusually slow load times followed by cannot display web page or what not try to let me know here or by PM please.

I've been getting reports that members are getting a board error when posting in the long form reply. If anyone who has not mentioned this to me yet has experienced this let me know and include your browser type please.

Anyone getting a dialogue box popping up that asks for authentication or a username and password from some website called N7 Academy? If you are, I did not add this function so please close it without putting your credentials in. I really don't want to see anyone lose their account to a hacker or spammer.

I haven't seen this. But N7 Academy was the name of long-time member TerrorK's website. I did a thing for it once. I think the site isn't up anymore, but I would ask him about it.

I sent him a PM after I traced it to his profile. it's lingering even after I took the website link off of his profile. It's also very new. It never showed up like this before.

Should be fixed now.
I don't like messing with people's profiles but there was a script in the link bringing up the log in page for that site for everyone.

Out of curiosity has anyone noticed any kind of redirects to outside (scam) websites when browsing here? It has happened to me several times here and only here and I would like to know if there is any corroborating experiences before I bring it up as a possible security risk to proboards.

It's happened to me a few times when browsing on my phone. I have noscript on my PC so it's not an issue there.
