Are you plagued with frequent thread breakage? Sometimes the thread is of poor quality, is too old, or is not appropriate for your machine. There are even times when the machine needs to be serviced, in which case there is nothing to be done but change out the thread or take the machine into the dealership to have it tuned up. However, most of the time there are steps you can take both to minimize and to rectify thread breakage issues. Here are fourteen (14) troubleshooting steps to help you to a beautiful, finished product. Are you plagued with frequent spam invasions? Sometimes the spammer is of poor quality, is too stupid, or is not appropriate for your forum. There are even times when the spammer needs to be silenced, in which case there is nothing to be done but tune out the stupid or send out The Linders to have it shut down. However, most of the time there are steps you can take to both minimize and to rectify spam invasion issues. Here are fourteen (14) protection steps to help you to a beautiful, spam-free forum. *commence list of 14 lines of "Release The Linders!"*EDIT: BTW, Gorvar, that pic was adorable! And highly appropriate... I approve!

Perhaps we need more than the Bat-Kitten to defend this place. I know you try hard, Lily, but everyone could use a hand every so often.

I'm not saying you can't do it, but you could use a hand at times.

Mmm... sometimes a hand can be helpful... most especially after a long hard day at work; a nice hand giving a nice back-rub... kitties love back-rubs... *in a sing-songy voice* Oh, Linders...

You need better choice in scotch.
And since Bat-Kitten's getting ready for her wedding, I'll take this one.

Back on topic - I've been thinking about writing LGBT characters recently, and maybe I owe people apologies for when I've said it shouldn't be an issue. Especially you, Tillian - I was really rude to you earlier on this thread.
I was thinking about this because I recently wrote a story where the main character happened to be a lesbian, and when I showed it to people they all said, "Why is she such a stereotype?" And I realised that the short-haired, aggressive, confident, angry, dumpy character I'd created was a huge stereotype. I mean think the character worked, and I don't intend to change her much, but if I had read this short story and anyone but me had written it I'd think it was legit homophobic.
Not sure how to write her now. Her sexuality has very little to do with anything so I could just make her straight, but.... I dunno, that seems like taking the easy way out.

Change hairstyle, make her nicer but more assertive rather than aggresive. All I got.

Cheers.
Yeah I might do exactly that. It still makes me feel uneasy though. I think I'll just take time to think about what my intentions were and what I want them to be.

It's alright Buch, I think all writers have a archetype ready when they create a character. Even on a subconscious level.
