God from Fallout: New Vegas. I remember meeting Fawkes in Fallout 3 and thinking how cool it was to talk to an intelligent mutant, but God's just completely in another class... Technically, there are 2 super mutants that are intelligent but other than Fawkes, the other one is a very rare to come across. My brother was playing Fallout 3 and he came across a super mutant that after talking with him he gave you a men's suit. And I like God too. I knew about him, just didn't think he was notable enough to mention.

Now that Lonesome Road is out, I definitely have to mention Ulysses again. I think I made a point of it to scour the Divide for all of his recordings before I finished the add-on.
The parallels they built up between him and our courier (as well as a certain Burned Man.), were really interesting to see unfold.
I love how he's designed, too. I think he might be the perfect amalgam of the different cultural aspects of the Fallout universe. He's got the braids, necklaces and tattoos of the tribals (like the Khans and the Chosen One's tribe), the duster's similar to the NCR and Mojave dwellers, and the Western theme they have going on, and the flag on his back really harkens back to Pre-War America and the Enclave.
He was certainly well-written, too! I swear, at this one point where he was calling my Courier out for her carelessness, I swear I could hear another beloved Chris Avellone character, Kreia from Knights of the Old Republic II in his words.

Spot on there! I didn't think Ulysses would have a good reason to hate the Courier so much, but he really, really did. Made it an interesting question, because I suddenly sympathized with his situation. =(

Barry Wheeler from Alan Wake. Yes, he's a complete douche, but he's Alan Wake's only real friend. (Literally)
And how cool was it when he started wearing fairy lights and his "personal eye of Mordor"?

So far in the game, I like Prothy Javik from ME3.
He's bit of an ass, but snarky ass at times. Like there's this one conversation where Vegas asked him about a prothean joke. Javik as usual gave him a really crappy one and Vega pretends to enjoy it. Then it turns out that Javik is a trolling and wanted to see if Vega was fallen for it.
Great guy, not even Sten from DA:O had managed to troll successfully as him.

The seemingly Jamaican accent doesn't hurt either. I keep expecting him to offer me some rum and a spliff.

Do Pokémon count? I think they do. I've always loved Poliwhirl (and it's roided out evolution). It's a badass.

Blastoise has cannons, your argument is invalid.

Speaking of pokemon, I have a few favourites but there are these two that sticks out of my mind: This guy. I'm a sucker for dragons AND angels. Almost a good combo, minus the ... chest fluff. And this guy: It also helps in the Pokemon TGC, these two work really well in a deck. Like heavenly made match. My personal preferance honestly.

And while we're on Dragon-types: This thing, in all of it's overpowered, dragon-shark glory, is definitely one of my favourites. I'm looking into getting one for my team. Also Munchlax, on account of it being the cutest thing ever.

I'm going say this once and get it out of the way, because it's long overdue in my books.
My favourite character out of all the ME trilogy would be Garrus Vakarian.
